As same sex Phoenix wedding photographers we were all over this awesome wedding reception that Greg and David were throwing. This “wedding” was a little bit backwards from what we normally photograph here in Phoenix. Because gay marriage isn’t legal in Arizona yet, David and Greg were going to New York City for their NYC same sex ceremony. However, before they hopped their plane to NY they threw a HUGE bash at Bentley Projects in downtown Phoenix to celebrate their marriage with all of their local friends and family. What transpired was an incredible event full of amazing DIY details that we had never seen before, an art gallery full of friends and family who literally love being a part of David and Greg’s lives, and a party that was creatively and strategically MC’d by two of their amazingly funny friends. Everyone involved in this event helped make it completely unique and 100% amazing. It’s people like David and Greg that truly make us love being wedding photographers.

Awesome right? After their NYC ceremony they hopped on another plane to spend the next couple of weeks exploring Iceland, Barcelona, and Paris… These two know how to live large.
